Services Offered
We are fully certified and insured to operate in all of the lower 48 states; you can view a few of our certifications attached at the bottom of this page. We offer high pole, lead, chase and route surveys. In addition, we offer video tapes of the run or portions of the run.
Discounts
We offer progressive discounts based upon the total paid miles of the run.
- Greater than 1000 miles–5 cents/mile discount
- Greater than 2000 miles–10 cents/mile discount
- Greater than 3000 miles–15 cents/mile discount
We also offer discounts for repeat customers, using the figures above. To qualify for the discount, the client must use our services within the same calendar year as the initial run. BROKERS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS DISCOUNT.
In addition, we offer a 10% discount for backhauls from the same client, providing pickup is less than 200 miles and not more than 24 hours later from the first load drop point. Call for more information.
Cash Pay Discount
Offered for payment of an immediately negotiable check or cash within 24 hours of completion of the run. -5.0%
Quick Pay Discount
Offered for payment within 10 days of completion or the run, or submission of the invoice, whichever is later. -3.0%
Late Payment Charge
Applied per month to the unpaid invoice balance due, when not received less than or equal to 30 days after completion of the run, or submission of the invoice, whichever is later. 1.5%
